Decision-Making: When an employee makes a decision on behalf of Nested Knowledge, they should ask, “is this in line with our mission?”
The goal in describing our mission and values is not to signal to outside what we care about, but to clarify the direction to head in. As we grow, we may consider making our mission public, but at this time an internal-only resource is sufficient.
