Anti-Discrimination Policy

Scope

This policy applies to employees, contractors, partners, and other affiliates of Nested Knowledge.

Policy

Nested Knowledge is a fully remote company with headquarters in Saint Paul, Minnesota and employees located in several countries. Nested Knowledge develops software for use in medical research. Our software serves academic researchers, technological innovators, and biotech organizations throughout the world across diverse cultures. Nested Knowledge recognizes diversity as a critical tool for challenging convention, approaching issues from new angles, and improving our technology. We are committed to hiring employees with diverse backgrounds, and listening to feedback of all customers. Nested Knowledge strictly prohibits discrimination on the basis of race, ethnicity, gender, religion, sexual orientation, disability, age, or political affiliation.

Reporting

Company personnel, partners, vendors, and customers of Nested Knowledge may report incidents of discrimination in an anonymous online form. All reports of discrimination will be evaluated by multiple members of the leadership team. We will take prompt action. If necessary, the report will be escalated to the Board of Directors.

Discipline

Nested Knowledge staff who discriminate against others on the basis of race, ethnicity, gender, religion, sexual orientation, disability, age, or political affiliation may be subject to disciplinary action, such as termination.
